• Between 5' 8" and 6' 4" - look for around 55" + length
• Between 6' 5" and 6' 11" - look for around 58" + length
• A recommended good belt width is around 18", this size allows you to walk and run with good space.

Is it worth spending a lot of money on a treadmill?

I have purchased a treadmill, what can I do to help maintain it?

There are several ways to help maintain a treadmill, but if you are unsure of anything always consult the manual that came with the treadmill. Below are some of the recommendations to maintaining your treadmill:

• purchase a treadmill mat to help prolong the life of your home treadmill
• always keep the treadmill clean and as free of dust as possible, remember static electricity from the treadmill motor attracts dust patticles. Clean the treadmill regularly with a dry towel, remembering to turn the treadmill off first and do not clean with water.
• on occasion the treadmill belt may slip, this is normal and all you need to do is tighten the alignment screws at the back of the treadmill. A quick quarter clockwise turn with and alien key will do the trick (remember if you are unsure it is best to consult your manual)
• make sure the treadmill is on level ground, when the treadmill is not on level ground you may find the belt can slip and you could do damage to the treadmill.

Why does the treadmill stop automatically?

• short circuit: please inspect the lines of circuit carefully
• the trouble of interior lines: please inspect the cable
• the trouble of drive board: please replace the board

Why the treadmill can not accelerate?

• the dashboard is broken.. please replace it
• the sensor is broken. Please replace it
• the drive board is broken. Please replace it

Why do you skid on the running belt?

• the running belt becomes loose: adjust the balance bolts in the end of the belt (tight it clockwise to suitable place)
• the drive belt becomes loose: adjust the fix place of the motor

Why is the treadmill running with cacophony?

• there is the friction between motor cover and running belt because of the smaller room; adjust or replace the motor cover
• there are foreign objects between running belt and running board; eliminate the object
• there is the friction between the belt and the board because the belt moves out-of-center; adjust the balance of belt
• the noise of motor; replace the motor

Why the treadmill can not work?

• the power is off; please inspect the power source
• the fuse is molten; replace the fuse
• the switch is broken; replace the switch
• if there are other reasons, please contact our professional technologist

The running belt moves out-of-center.

• there is no balance between the front and the back bearings; adjust the balance between the bearings
• the belt moves out-of-center because the runner is runining with wrong posture.

There is something wrong with the sports program of treadmill.

• the lines of the console are not connected perfectly; inspect the connections
• the console is broken; replace the console
• the switch is broken; replace the switch
• maybe other reasons

The motor has noise when the treadmill is running

• the carbon brush is frayed badly; inspect or replace the carbon brush
• the motor is rubbing other object when it is running; eliminate the object

The indicator light is still off when the power is on.

• the 3-phase plug is not in the appropriate position;
• the interior lines of the switch is loose; inspect the lines
• the 3-phase plug is broken; replace the plug
• the switch is broken; replace the switch

The console is blank.

• the problem of the control connection; inspect the connection
• the transformer of the drive board is molten; replace the board
• the fuse is molten; replace the fuse
• the power tube is molten; replace the tube

The keypress does not work perfectly.

• the keypress is aged; replace the keypress
• the connections of circuit is loose; tighten the connections

The LCD screen does not appear entirely.

• the interior lines of the LCD is not connected perfectly; tighten the screws
• the LCD is aged; replace it

The heart rate is not tested.

• the auricle clamp is broken; replace it
• the circuit of the heart rate is broken; replace the circuit

The appearance of the LCD screen is instable.

• the control lines are not connected perfectly; connect the lines once again
• the LCD is disturbed by the static; connect the ground clamp perpectly

The motor stops abruptly because of the powerful electricity.

• load too large; reduce the load and replace the drive board
• the great friction between the running belt and running board; add the lube on the running board and replace the drive board
• the components of the drive board are broken; replace the board
• the program of the computer is wrong; replace the console

The treadmill stops when it has the load.

• the torsional degree is not adjusted perfectly; increase 1 or 2 times clockwise
• the running belt is loose; adjust the belt once again
• the pedrail is loose; adjust the pedrail once again
• the great friction between the running belt and running board; add the lube between them

The noise

• the roller has a noise because the bearing is broken; replace the roller
• the friction noise of the running belt; clean the belt
• the noise of the fan blades of the motor; replace the motor

The treadmill can not start up.

• the switch is off; turn on it
• the power is off;
• the safe switch is not on the suitable position; adjust it
• the control lines are broken or not connected perfectly; connect them again
• the connections are loose; tighten them
• the fuse of the drive board is broken; replace the board
• the power tube of the drive board is broken; replace the board
• the transformer of the drive board is broken; replace the board
• the motor is molten; replace the motor and drive board

The treadmill can not incline.

• the problem of the incline key
• the incline motor's control line is not connected perfectly
• the controller is broken
• the incline motor is broken
• inspect them or replace them

The treadmill stops automatically after running.

• the safe key is flicked away; place the safe key and try again
• add the lube periodically
• inspect the connection of the lines

The running belt is not smooth when it is running.

• please inspect the running belt loose or not; adjust it according to the indication
• please inspect the drive belt loose or not; Turn down the speed to the lowing place,use the foot to hider the running belt forward, to observe the tension of the driving belt, regular the front roller
• add the lube on the running board

The libration of the treadmill becomes greater after using for a long time.

• the groove of the drive belt has a problem; clean the groove
• the motor causes the libration; inspect the motor
• the running of the rollers has a problem; replace the rollers

The treadmill has a noise after using for a long time.

• the rollers are damaged; replace the rollers
• the carbon brush of the motor is damaged because of the friction; replace the brush
• the screws of the cover are loose; tighten the screws
• the drive belt is touching the speed inductor; adjust the belt
• there are foreign objects in the running belt; remove the objects

The LCD displays E-1 after operating about 5 seconds.

• the speed sensor wire is loose; tighten the wire or replace the sensor
• the sensor wire aparts from the magnet of the front wheel; the formal distance is 2-3mm
• rplace the console

The LCD screen is blank.

• the screws of the console are loose; tighten the screws
• replace the console

The main body occurs ill-smelling or smoking.

• the lines are short circuit; replace the lines
• the electricity exceeds a peak in current continuously after the motor is unloaded; replace the motor

The keypress is useless.

• the safe key is off; depress the key

The leakage of electricity

• the cover of the lines is broken, so it causes short circuit; replace the lines

• the motor leaks electricity; replace the motor

The heart rate with grasping is so high or blank.

• the hand can not hold it tightly or with great libration;
• the short circuit causes the heart rate up to 200; replace the inductive wires

The speed controller is useless.

• the lines are not connected perfectly; inspect them and connect them again
• the lines of keypress are broken; replace them
• the computer is contacted badly; replace the computer

The keypress of the console is useless.
